How to book a marquee for your event

Step 1: Tell us about your event

Let us know what you've got in mind.

• how many guests?
• how many seated and/or how many standing?
• what other space is needed - dancefloor? Stage? DJ? Bar?
• how long do you need it for?
• where is the event?
• what's the size/layout of the event location? What vehicle access is there?
• or do you need help finding a venue?
• do you need any furniture? Lights?

We'll get back to you with a provisional quote.

Step 2: The site check

If you're interested in taking it further, we'll often come and check the venue to make sure it's suitable for the marquees and flooring you want. There's no charge for this. We enjoy the opportunity to say hello, and perhaps to show you some of our portfolio over a cup of tea...

Step 3: Confirm booking and pay deposit

We need written confirmation (email is fine) of your booking, and a 50% deposit.
We'd like to agree provisional set-up and breakdown dates and times with you at this stage.

Step 4: Delivery and set up, pay remainder

We'll arrive and set everything up. The remaining balance is settled before the event.
